By downloading, installing, or using Netwolf AI ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Netwolf AI is an AI-powered content creation tool. You may use it to generate videos, images, audio, and text for personal and commercial use, subject to these terms and the content policies of our AI providers.

2. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the App's features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

• Subscriptions are processed through Google Play Billing.
• Free tier users receive a limited number of credits.
• Paid subscriptions (Creator and Pro tiers) provide additional credits and features.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through Google Play.
• Refunds are handled in accordance with Google Play's refund policy.

4. AI-Generated Content

• Content generated by the App is created using Google's AI models (Gemini, Veo, Imagen).
• You own the content you create using the App, subject to Google's AI terms of service.
• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing and using generated content responsibly.
• You may not use the App to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use the App to generate illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute the App.
• Use automated systems to access the App beyond normal usage.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Circumvent usage limits or credit restrictions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and branding are the intellectual property of Netwolf AI. The AI models used (Gemini, Veo, Imagen) are the property of Google LLC.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
